The Evolva series of 1/8th scale on road cars has dominated the this class since it's 2003 IFMAR championship in Cincinnati, OH. For 2005 Kyosho update the Evolva for the 2005 IFMAR worlds in Sicily, Italy and the Evolva became a back to back world champion along with it's driver 7 time world champ Lamberto Collari.
For 2005 the Evolva was updated with new front end geometry to make it even more adjustable for just about any track conditions, mainly this will give you more steering. The Evolva has also been updated with front and rear belt tension adjusters which improves belt life and reduces drive line drag. To add to the improved drive line, the pinions and spur gears have been redesigned to be much stronger and have a longer life span to handle today's high HP .21 racing engines.
Going fast is nothing if you can't stop consistently and the 2005 Evolva has an updated brake arm to provide more leverage and produce consistent brake feel approaching every corner. Last but not least, the fuel tank cap has been updated to provide a constant pressure level right after the tank is filled and the cap is closed.
All these improvement to an already great car can only mean it is more dominant that ever. When it comes to 1/8th on road there is only one name... Kyosho Evolva 2005!
